Serves: 15-20

Ingredients
  • 1 10lb beef brisket
  • 4-5 cups of water
  • 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 24oz beer (I recommend a Stout)
  • 8 cloves of garlics-minced
  • 3 onions coarsely chopped
  • Peels from 3 oranges
  • 6 Tablespoons Black Magic
  • 1 Tablespoon Fire
Instructions
  1. Mix Black Magic and 1 Tablespoon Fire together. Rub spice mixture all over brisket, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven or electric roaster pan to 250 degrees
  3. Mix all Water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, beer, garlic, onions and orange peels in roasting pan.
  4. Unwrap the brisket and place it in the pan fat side up and cover (Put in the oven if not using electric roaster).
  5. Baste meat every hour minutes, and adding water or beer to the pan as necessary to keep meat partially submerged.
  6. Once done remove from the pan and place on a cutting board and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. It will be very tender but you should be able to cut across the grain with a serrated knife.
  7. Eat plain, with your favorite BBQ sauce or Horseradish/Horseradish sauce.
