Pan-Seared Scallops

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of 10U Scallops
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Black Magic
Instructions
  1. Remove the side muscle from each scallop
  2. Rinse the scallops in cool water
  3. Make sure the scallops are dry!
  4. Season the scallops with Black Magic
  5. Heat the butter and oil in a pan at medium-high heat
  6. Once the butter and oil are hot carefully place the scallops in the pan one at a time
  7. Make sure the scallops do not touch each other
  8. Do not move the scallops one in place
  9. Cook for 1½ minutes then flip and repeat
  10. Scallops should be golden brown on each side
  11. Should enjoy them right away!
