Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 whole eggs lightly beaten
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract I like to use french vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Nutmeg
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 stick Melted Butter No Salt Added
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- ½ cup Pecans Chopped
- ⅓ cup Flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- First you will mix the sweet potatoes and eggs until even then add in the sugar, milk, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Mix everything well then pour into a deep 9 x 13 pan. Mix all the crust ingredients together in a bowl then sprinkle over the top of the custard in the pan. Place in the oven for approx. 45 minutes or until the crust is a dark golden color.
