Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar
- 1½ cup cubed Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ 8oz package cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1½ tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the pasta per the directions on the package
- In a medium sauce pan, add milk and heavy cream then slowly bring to a boil.
- Add Velveeta, butter, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella, and Sharp Cheddar and whisk until creamy.
- Mix the cheese mixture and pasta together then add seasoning and pour into a 9in x 13in casserole pan (glass of ceramic)
- Smooth it out evenly then sprinkle Mild Cheddar cheese over the top
- Optional (Melt the butter in a saute pan and toss the bread crumbs to coat. Top the macaroni with the bread crumbs.)
- Place in the oven for approx 30-45 minutes until top has browned
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- When serving try garnishing with chopped green onions and fresh cooked bacon pieces.
