Pan-Seared Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 pound of 10U Scallops
- 1 Tablespoon of butter
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Black Magic
Instructions
- Remove the side muscle from each scallop
- Rinse the scallops in cool water
- Make sure the scallops are dry!
- Season the scallops with Black Magic
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan at medium-high heat
- Once the butter and oil are hot carefully place the scallops in the pan one at a time
- Make sure the scallops do not touch each other
- Do not move the scallops one in place
- Cook for 1½ minutes then flip and repeat
- Scallops should be golden brown on each side
- Should enjoy them right away!
