Beet Salad

A light and refreshing salad
Ingredients
- 16oz Jar of Pickled Beets (drained)
- 1 cup chopped scallions (green onions)
- 4 slices thick cut bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- ½ cup mayonaise
- ½ tablespoon fresh crushed horseradish
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cover. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving
