Spiced Sauted Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound Carrots
- 2 teaspoons 1 teaspoon Bomboclaat
- 4 tablespoons butter You may use a butter substitute
- ⅓ cup Parsely
Instructions
- Put your butter in a skillet and melt on medium high heat. While your butter is melting clean and slice your carrots diagonally In a mixing bowl, toss your carrots with Bomboclaat.
- Add you mixture to the hot butter and cover.
- Stir after approx 3 minutes and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- When adding to the plate, dress with the sauce in the skillet and chopped parsely. Enjoy!
