Serves: 15-20
Ingredients
- 1 10lb beef brisket
- 4-5 cups of water
- 1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 24oz beer (I recommend a Stout)
- 8 cloves of garlics-minced
- 3 onions coarsely chopped
- Peels from 3 oranges
- 6 Tablespoons Black Magic
- 1 Tablespoon Fire
Instructions
- Mix Black Magic and 1 Tablespoon Fire together. Rub spice mixture all over brisket, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven or electric roaster pan to 250 degrees
- Mix all Water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, beer, garlic, onions and orange peels in roasting pan.
- Unwrap the brisket and place it in the pan fat side up and cover (Put in the oven if not using electric roaster).
- Baste meat every hour minutes, and adding water or beer to the pan as necessary to keep meat partially submerged.
- Once done remove from the pan and place on a cutting board and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. It will be very tender but you should be able to cut across the grain with a serrated knife.
- Eat plain, with your favorite BBQ sauce or Horseradish/Horseradish sauce.
